Initial Interview process was quick, applied online and got a email a day later to setup an interview. The interview was very informal which was a bit uncomfortable but there was a clear urgency to fill the position or so I thought...I received no call or contact after the interview for over a month and then I finally received an email offering me the position. The pay offer was exactly what I asked for, and admittedly the highest entry wage I've seen for my position so I accepted.
