I had 2 interviews at this company. One was through the phone and the other was in person with a 3 person panel which I wasn’t told about in advance. A lot of the questions were leadership related questions and a lot of strength questions. Both interviews kinda felt like I was being talked at and not really a conversation. The first interview didn’t even let me ask questions.
