Group interview (meaning several candidates on the same call). This was the weirdest "interview" I've ever been a part of. I have over 20 years experience in marketing and business development, but the other candidates were either just out of college or near retirement. NONE of the other candidates are on LinkedIn. We were all promised a call by the end of the day, regardless of whether they wanted to proceed. I never got another call. This group does not pass the "sniff test," and I feel like I dodged a bullet.
