Full day interview process consisting of 4 elements; Group debate/discussion whereby you were required to order hobbies allocated at the start of the session STAR style competency based interview Role play Presentation 'what I would bring to the role' Overall a very friendly day. The recruitment staff aren't aggressive interviewers - just happy having a chat and asking basic interview questions. As far as I know they interview around 20 people at a time on their graduate recruitment days so you're not alone and have plenty of others for support.
