Online due the pandemic! There was an initial screen followed by a paneled discussion Q&A with other staff. The overall vibe was a balance between interested as me as an individual value that ACRS can provide me in terms of career development and expertise I could bring to the table.

The interviewer was friendly and explained in detail the role I was interested in. For the first 10 minutes, she made me watch a video about the company. She explained that volunteer positions can be converted into full-time positions.
