All done virtually. Interview panel consisting of hiring manager, HR, senior colleagues: Why ADB? Relevant experience for the job? Are you okay to relocate to Manila? After that there can be a call with a director but it’s more a formality.

one-to-one pre-interview with hiring manager (supervisor), followed by panel interview. It took over 3 months. Everything was from ToR and about my backround . It is laso very important to answer behavioural questions very accurately, when they ask about your team contributions or your own input, you have to say "I did" not "we did"
