Cordial and nice, but some of their requirements are overly specific and leaves no room for minimum flexibility, which may not translate well to people whose qualifications may not be on the conventional side. Thus, they do not look at your profile holistically in that regard, but otherwise it was pleasant.

It was a 30-minute virtual panel interview. This already includes introductions, usual questions from the panel, and time for the interviewee to ask questions. Overall, it was an ok interview and kind panel members.

Took 6 months. Started with explord
atory interview, then with team managers and senior officers, a panel interview with bosses from other teams. After that, a medical ckearance, usual background checks, then job offer. Not too much room to negotiate the offer but good package overall
