There is phone interview first, manager of the QA team called. after this they offered the date and time for in person interview. In-person interview includes a test (on computer) and 2 plus team members will interview, if someone clears this phase will be called for another interview with 2-3 management personnel (Software, HR, Technical Support), if candidate clears this stage and they like him/her, is offered the job.

I applied online and HR contacted me in after a week for a telephonice interview. in 2 weeks I got another email from HR to come for an in person intrview.
