Went to a career fair and had a rapid interview. Was told previously that they really are about looks and personality and don't care so much about previous experience. Still decided to go through with going to the career fair. Should have listen to them because if you check out the people they work there, it only seems to be young, pretty size 2 girls. Safe to say even though I have years of experience in property management, I was sent an email stating I was not chosen to be further pursued.

The interview was very relaxed and felt very supportive. They really want to see your personality as the most important element of interviews to ensure you are a good culture fit. They really like bright, bubbly personalities.

I had a face time interview. The interview seemed rushed. The interviewer didn't ask much about my property management background and what I was looking for in a company, they kept talking about aspen.
