Interview process was done by the employees for the employees. They took their time to not only ensure I had the skills for the roll but that I was a good fit for their culture and the people that love it here.

Define a company culture and what does it mean to you?
Got 2 separate interview via zoom. Just a casual conversation typical interview was conducted. There was a book I was required to read but it was fairly short and easy.
