Colloquio
WARNING: The job only pays $45k MAXIMUM, even if you have a Master's.
The process involved a video interview with 2 people, followed by an in-person interview with 2 people, followed by another video interview with 4 people, followed by being ghosted completely (after they swore up and down that they do not do that). Massive waste of my time and effort. Whole process took a month from application to ghosting.
Found out in the 3rd interview that the position would require in-person, on campus work to provide support to strictly online students (after having been told it is remote). Makes no logical sense whatsoever.
Disorganized group of people who couldn't keep track of who I was from one interview to the next. If they ever get back to me I won't hesitate to turn them down. It is no wonder they have such a high turnover rate (about 40% according to one interviewer).

Interview process was pretty fast-paced. They don't make you wait long between stages and the questions in the interview seem meaningful and purposeful. You get to meet other advisors too.

Colloquio
Zoom panel with 2 managers and 2 peer-level employees. Standard set of questions and opportunity to ask questions. 30 minutes total. Even though it was a formal Q&A process, I found the folks I was talking to SUPER nice and would love to work with them. Ultimately decided that this role was not the right fit, but would be open to future opportunities based on this experience.
