Have an appropriate and professional email address. Definitely look the part, even though our dress code is fairly laxed, dressing in a suit is a good idea. Come early, but expect to wait. Almost all interviews are group interviews, sometimes you'll get a 1:1 and then a group interview to follow up, but do not expect to be hired if you've only met one person at the company. Because the company is small we all work together, so not only do you need to fit in professionally, but get along well with others.
