I had a phone call with a recruitment consultant who contacted me via Linkedin, followed by a phone interview with a hiring manager. This is supposed to be followed by another interview with a technical panel (I didn't get there). There was no follow up from the company after the 2nd interview to advise on the outcome. The hiring manager was extremely aggressive.

I applied through my university's website and received a phone call without any prior information. The interview didn't go well and I did not hear back from them until I emailed them asking for the status. I was told that another phone interview will be scheduled with a senior management person. As told, a phone interview was scheduled in a week's time. It went well and I was invited for a face-to-face interview. Face-to-face interview went on for 3 hours and I was interviewed by a group of 5 people. Questions ranged from those aboout my profile (resume based), to the ones on marketing, technical questions, and concluded by HR questions. I didn't hear anything from the company and had to repeatedly send them emails. I received a reply after a month and a half
