The interview process was having 5 rounds in total. 1st and 2nd Assesment followed by 3rd and 4th as technical interviews then final as HR round. I cleared all 4 rounds and final Hr round was scheduled. Suddenly before one day, Hr mentioned that there is change in process and there will be one more tech round with Director. That round also went well enough to be cleared but still they rejected. Do not know why these guys are hiring if they do not want to release the offer the end.

At the start of the recruitment process, I was given an SHL test which consisted of logical questions, before being called by the HR in order to move me onto the next stage, which was the take home test. It turned out to be another SHL test, which was a coding test that consisted of 2 questions. After that, I was given a schedule to a user interview, as they asked questions to get an idea of how deep my knowledge is. I then moved onto the second user interview, which was a live coding test where I was given a question. I continued to the final user interview, which was surprisingly, another live coding test. After all of the process, I ended up being ghosted by the HR without being given a clear result of how I did, there was never any updates or any offer whatsoever. It had been more than a month since then. I was hoping to at least get an update where it's still being discussed or was I rejected during the final user interview, but there was never any confirmation.
