It was a 3 step interview process. Initially with the recruiter, then the department manager, then the hiring manager. Everyone I interacted with were very friendly and professional. It seems like this company has a really great culture.

Had three rounds of interviews. Recruiter, Manager, and panel interview with another manager and director. After going through a long months of drawn out process. I was not receiving a response back from the recruiter. At 5pm the day before the Holiday break I received the declined email. Then a year later I get an email from the same recruiter about a different position, applied for that and they still denied it. It makes me laugh at this point knowing I would not want to be apart of a team environment like that.9
