First there was a tour of the facility, then a 2 on 1 very informal interview done in the middle of the office area with the CEO and COO. Specific questions were asked about manufacturing processes and how I go about building teams, as well as more specifics about my background that may not have shown on resume.

Most questions were around implementing Six Sigma and how i have implemented it in my career. The questions were specific to manufacturing processes as opposed to esoteric questions such as what is my biggest weakness, etc.
