I applied online. Later I received an email asking for a phone interview. Phone interview went well, the HR associate seemed excited about me as a candidate. Later she asked for my availability for an in-person interview. I never received the confirmation and when I asked I was told they decided not to interview me because they found a more qualified candidate.
