The interview process was very streamlined and efficient. It is probably the best experience I've had applying for a job. From what I can remember, I was asked pretty typical interview question during the first portion. The second portion was the knowledge aptitude test in which the interviewer tested your mechanical experience. I was very impressed by this as most companies I feel do not take their time to vet potential new hires for the need of employees to fill spots. Overall this proceed has made for experienced, high-quality employees in the time I've worked here.
