Completely below average. The company doesnt have much interest in taking care of their staff. The interviews are baseless and dont weed out poor quality co-workers. Hiring is terrible. Dont expect any training, and you will not be nurture up or developed by the company, its basically sink or swim and they utilize a abomination of a proprietary CRM.

There werent any. The interviews were bland. This place hired a bunch of poor workers, probably because anyone could do better than their starting salary.
