Proceso sencillo pero mal preparado. En la descripción de la vacante "olvidan" colocar requisitos que te confirman en la entrevista. Terminan diciendo que lo validarán para saber si sigues adelante sin tener todos los requisitos. Desde la publicación de la vacante deberían de colocar todo que necesita la posición para no salir con sorpresas y hacer perder el tiempo.

Got contacted for a screening phone round- sounded like someone was reading from a script. Then got a round scheduled with the hiring manager. He was in a rush, couldn’t understand how I could’ve been performing two different kinds of responsibilities (different companies can have different org structures), gave me no clarity on the timelines or the next steps. Seems like he had already made up his mind. When I reached out to the HR after more than a week no response, then got an automated mail of rejection few days later. Not a great way to deal with a candidate especially considering how different other companies have been in terms of clarity and communication.

Had initial phone interview with recruiter to discuss skills and position, then phone interview with hiring manager, then zoom interview with department heads and HR for a total of about 3 hours.
