My interview was a 2 step process, starting with a phone call from their Talents Acquisition Coordinator who confirmed my interest and shared some basic info about the position, they then facilitated my online interview with the HR Manager as well as the Operations Manager.

Intense and brainstorming are the two words that come to my mind when I recall the interview. There were multiple rounds of interview for this position. The interview was conducted by various interviewers. The entire interview process took a day to complete. The process in which the interview was carried out was very organised.

from my institution i came to know that there is an interview going on by DM HEALTHCARE. so i forwarded my CV. the first round interview was at FIAT - calicut & it was through skype...!!! i could perform well & i got call from my institution saying i am short listed for the second round..!! next round was at FIAT - Kochin on 28th august 2011. i was little tensed then. there were two round interview by HR asst. manager & HR manager. the asst. manager seemed very friendly to me. so i could present myself well.the manager of human resource seemed very serious & i got confused by his question. in short after the interview i thought that i wont get selection. to my surprise after a long time of waiting they announced the result.......which included my name...!!!! obviously i became really happy.
