      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 8 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Astera Software nel mese di mag 2021

      There were 3 interviews. 1st interview was with the Tech Team (3 interviewers) took around an hour 20 mins. 2nd was with the Founder which was 30-45 mins and 3rd was an HR interview that went on for around 30 mins

      Domanda 1

      1st with the tech team, this was a panel interview and I was asked about the projects on the CV and core CS concepts such as OOP, DS, Compiler, and System Programming. 2nd interview was with the Founder, first up he asked me about my experience at my part-time job where I was working as a frontend developer, he then picked one of my projects (Compiler) and questioned me regarding that in depth. The last interview was HR which mainly had situation based behavioral questions

      Colloquio

      The interview process of Astera was very seamless and a great learning experience. The HR was very apt at their responses and helped at every stage of the process. Candidates are tested to the best of their abilities and the bestest ones who are determined towards their career along with being technically strong. There are multiple stages throughout the process starting from a general assessment which contains basic logical and mathematical questions, then a technical assessment was held online which had a few coding and conceptual questions along with a couple of MCQ's related to basic programming concepts. After clearing the technical assessment 2 rounds of interviews took place one with the technical department and another with the upper management ie. the CEO. Both interviews comprised of questions based on basic and some advanced programming concepts. Lastly, an HR interview took place which was just to check a persons approach to different life scenarios.
