Recruiter called me. Conducted interview. Said I was probably too inexperienced for one of the 3 roles I applied to, but I was a good fit for the other 2. Promised to send me more info. Never heard back, even after followups. If a RECRUITER for a RECRUITMENT agency can lie to you and ghost you, do you really want to do business with this organization? It's downright shady and scummy. Recruiters complain about candidates ghosting them, but it's okay for them to do the same to candidates? No professionalism whatsoever. I wouldn't trust them again with my time - you shouldn't either.
