I was contacted by a recruiter about a job in my community. There were a number of calls and emails with a promise to pass my information along to the company and then update. Then the, what seems to be the now typical, ghosting. A Very Frustrating Experience!

Although this was via a recruiter, we talked about the job description, the requirements, and other details. There was nothing too difficult.
The recruiter proactively reached out to me via LinkedIn to set up a phone interview. She then took the time to share job opportunities and pay expectations for upcoming openings. The recruiter was professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining the job details via our phone interview. I was scheduled for a teams interview with the hiring manager and offered a position. Overall the process took less than 3 weeks.
