First there was a Skype interview, then I was asked to come to Mölndal, Sweden for another interview where I would give a 15 minute presentation and then there was a test.

They asked me why I wanted to work at AstraZeneca?
They asked me about my presentation, why I decided to discuss certain aspects?
The test was on how I would handle different types of analysis, different types of study design, when there was an ideal study design that would be better for the patients, but the budget would not allow for so many subjects?
