It was good and easy. Friendly people and no tricky questions. I was asked to describe my previous roles. Doing some background research on the company was beneficial. Overall the company seems nice but I decided to pursue another aspect

How does your previous role apply to this position?
They interviewed about lab technical skills and abilities, team work skills and experience in working with groups on a project or research paper and also basic lab knowledge and language skills
I did two hour-long interviews. Everyone was nice enough, but it felt rushed. They asked the standard questions, but one manager acted like he was ready to go two minutes into the call. They seemed very fake.
