Applied through the AZ/MedImmune website. Within a couple a days, got on a brief phone interview with the HR (Just talked about my resume and talked about what integrity meant to me). After that I got a phone interview with the hiring manager (more technical) and then the final onsite interview (they just wanted to get to know me in person).

It is extremely awkward, and the site they use does not work the best. Be sure you have a secure network because mine dropped and they did not do anything to help me.

With Talent HR team lead and Manager who was responsible for the hiring for the role I had applied for. It was interview for 45 minutes. I had prepared summary of my project and profile
