A Phone screen and panel interview. Then a final interview with upper management. The typical style of interview , very nice people. There was just long gaps and no feedback throughout process.

STAR interview process similar to most pharmaceutical companies. Describe a Time when.... typical to have 3 interviews. One with recruiter, an additional one with the hiring manager and then movement on to a senior level manager before finding out if you are placed

Short and to the point. Was asked for a CV breakdown, answered a few standard questions. Interviewer was uninterested, however pay was good and benefits were decent. Will try again next year with more experience
