I was referred by an employee of the company. I was contacted about 2-3 weeks after I submitted my application by the right thing representative to schedule a phone screening. I was asked about my Salary expectations on the 3rd question and I was reluctant to give a figure. There were 2 star questions on the phone. The face to face interview consisted of many star questions, regarding conflicts, challenges.

Great interview process at AstraZeneca. They really want to know you and how you handle certain situations. Looking for strong closing and improvements from each rounds. The process overall wasn’t too bad!

It was fairly easy. Show up prepared, ready to ask questions, and you have a good chance of landing the job. Bring materials to show your sales experience and show you are organized and solutions-oriented.
Started with a pre screen call with DM. Tell me about yourself, your experience. Then Interview panel with DM and RM. All STAR questions, situational questions to tie in your experience with what is expected of you for the role
