One needs to know the values of the organisation and align ones experience with that values. Once you study the values and are clear what they represent then you should be okay in the interview.

The process started with an a initial screening interview over video call with a member of the HR department. This was followed by interview (also over video call) with the hiring manager. No contact after 2nd interview

Two rounds of 1:1 interviews. Fairly straight forward questions even though first interview was informal & unstructured lasting 1.5 hrs.
Unprofessional. HR never bothered to come back for final feedback even after completing two rounds.
