Very long winded process no matter what level of the business. Submissions of CVS, then a first general chat, then quite often 2-3 rounds of interviews. All around AZ values which if you aren’t in the business can be difficult to fathom as they are very wordy and examples not geared towards other areas of the business except science and Pharma but still used for supply chain, IT, Planning. Onboarding is random depending where in the business you work as to how thorough and supportive, very line manager dependant.

The interview process depends of the role you are applying for; at least 3 and can be multiple with all relevant stakeholder and presentation round is mandatory for a Business Analyst role

Recruiter (from London) talked to me on LinkedIn and we scheduled our 30 minutes to a short conversation. We did it and it was awesome.
He never talked to me. I tried 3 messages e never get any answer.
I really like the company and I found the opportunity into the LinkedIn and apply to the same opportunity but now direct to the company.
Same thing happen: 39 minutos to awesome call and makes you dream to work there. Recruiter told me this second step is technical and next interview is present a business case. I got the email and agenda to the next step.
After 4 hours they cancel everything, sent me an automatic email and no answer.
Nothing!
I’m felling so bad because no one answer nothing…
