Took 1 month. The HR doesn't even care to send a rejection mail even for a final round qualified candidate. And when asked for feedback....the HR says that they are looking for someone more experienced for the role. (The role says MS+ 0 experience) and I have 1 year experience. The Hiring manager is confused and doesn't know about the role itself. They'll ask IP-based and PhD-level questions, and when not answered, They'll kick you out.

Mostly IP stuff and after asking questions...they started talking among themselves that they shouldn't be asking these kinds of questions.
