Convoluted, parallel for few different positions. Recruiter didn’t recognise well needs of hiring managers and abilities of a candidate. At some point recruiter didn’t give any feedback and just stopped contacting me. I didn’t get any messages whether recruiting process was closed or not.

reach out by HR, skipped the screening interview. 2nd round with 2 HM, two small tests, no deep technical questions, few bq, around 1 hour. final panel interview with 3 managers, 2 hours long interview, bunch of be and technical questions.

why are you interested in AZ? Have you ever lead any project?
The Interview panel was very professional and over all it was well organized with enough breaks in-between. They also organized coffee-chat for informal meeting with team where we can ask questions.
