No feedback given for a very in depth process. Included a cover letter, aptitude test, recorded interview and assessment centre. The process was all well signposted and the virtual assessment centre allowed me to participate from outside the country. However, given that I spent such a significant amount of time on the application any written or verbal feedback would have been appreciated. Despite asking the recruiter multiple times who had promised it would happen they eventually ghosted emails and didn't give me anything.
