Rejected through situational judgement despite requesting I don't do it because of asd. But they previously hired this guy who sexually assulted me, so obviously they have dodgy ideas on correct situational judgement.
Four steps in interview. 1st pymetrics, 2nd SHL , 3 rd Self video interview, 4 th physical interview. Self video interview asked also general questions such as work permit, suitable date for physical interview, salary expectations etc.

What is your short & long term career aspirations?
Was send a psychoanalytical test to do, as well as activities. The general activity was fine, but the analytical test was horrible. It has been a month and have heard nothing back.
