Multiple interviews, as expected for a senior role. First phone screening from a Hiring Manager, then a short video interview was scheduled, of medium difficulty, bringing together technical and background questions - mostly practical. Final step included full panel interview with all of the department heads and higher managers, as well as members of the Team. A practical case was given for a 20-min prep and 5-min exposition test. The whole interview took about 3 hours.
