The interview had three stages. Initially a general conversation about technical background. Then code a exercise that was quite in depth and took a few hours, Then in depth technical questions with multiple members of the team.
Swift, professional, and responsive. The interview process was smooth, and the interviewers clearly knew their domain very well — they drilled down into even the tiniest details. It was a great learning exposure overall, and the environment offers a truly multicultural and collaborative working experience. Thank you for the opportunity!

Well if you’re refused for some reason, they ghost you hard, even if you ask for some quick feedback… no mercy you’re a machine nor a human that invests it’s time and energy.
Well no recomienda at at all, very unprofesional.

Overall bad impression. There were 2 interviews and 1 coding challenge. On the first meeting, interviewer asked only 1 questions: what motivates you applying for us. When I start asking him general questions about the project, he told me to create a list of questions and send him. Coding task: 4 tasks: 3 - logical/algorithmic, 1 - some bash coding.
