The interview process consisted of 4 steps: Screening with HR, 4 video questions to be recorded, a manager interview and a final panel interview.
Friendly environment and open-minded people. No tricky questions
Screening interview to verify previous experience matching with the role.
The video questions were situational and behavioural.
Manager interview in which I had the opportunity to ask questions about the company and the role.
In a panel interview with peers, I was asked about the motivation for the change and situational questions related to the role. Additionally, I had the opportunity again to ask questions about the role to peers..
I did not get the job, but was a good interview process and experience.

Dealing with stakeholders, risks, change management, rapid and constant evolving environment
All the AZ recruiters follow the same playbook. They contact you in about two weeks time after applying. Then about another two weeks to schedule time to chat with the hiring manager. Then they make you prep and give a presentation for a Director level role with several folks on the call. This is giving free advice to the team on a topic of their choosing. Meanwhile they already have someone in mind internally. Many of the employees that are still working there have been there comfortably for 20+ years and are certainly threatened by those with a higher degree interviewing with them. All the while you have AI scheduling and following up with a survey request to give feedback on the recruiter and then a second survey after you meet with the team. Then you don't hear back after 1-2 months and are ghosted to only receive that generic rejection letter. Do better AstraZeneca!

1. 15 minutos de entrevista con Talent Acquisition Manager de RRHH, conversación fluída con 3-4 preguntas simples para conocer el candidato
2. La semana siguiente, 30 minutos de entrevista con la hiring manager, con preguntas más puntuales sobre mi background que podrían alinearse con el rol, también información específica sobre las funciones y algunas preguntas técnicas.
