2 phases process: 1) Interview- 2 interviewers, some competency based question and quite a few technical questions. 2) Team building exercise All expenses are covered, from travelling to Macclesfield to accommodation. You get to visit laboratory equipments in industrial scale. It was definitely a good experience!
