2 interviews. First was over the phone, the second was over video conference. First interview asked about technical background, skills set. Second was a video conference asking if I could handle working in a high pressure environment. When I got the job, it is not what I expected. 80% of your work is inventory management, with little use of your technical skills.
Very straight forward, met with their recruiter, met with the hiring manager, met with the local office GM, hiring manager was the technical interview and explained the job scope, local office GM was just a meet and greet to see if i look presentable
