Submitted resume as first step. Response was a mean spirited critique of my resume. No acknowledgement of the sales track record or huge dollar sales successes. This HR desk jockey paper pusher has no concept of what it takes to prospect,acquire,close and maintain a happy customer. Why is an HR guy looking at resumes when a savvy VP of engineering should be point person. No way would I work for this joint!!!
