The interview process at this place was a complete joke! The EA role was to assist essentially the ENTIRE upper management team, which by the way, during the interview process, it seemed there was friction among them in the things they mentioned about one another/departments. It was a hot mess of an unorganized structure, with too many interviews, and little salary for the role.
