Rocky interview experience. They requested an interview and then sent me a rejection before I had even scheduled the interview. I did end up proceeding regardless and the person interviewing me did not seem interested, engaged, or alive. A technical issue cut my interview short and they did not bother to reschedule or continue, which shows they are dismissing qualified candidates too early to dive deeper into their experience and that is a red flag.
