Overall, the interviewing process was drawn out, unwelcoming and disorganized. It took them over a month to extend a job offer but during that time, I received no communication from them regarding the status. At that point, I had already assumed that they filled the role since I never heard back. Although the offer was competitive, I ended up declining because I felt they were not fully invested in me as a candidate. The in person interview consisted of meeting with four different people which took almost two hours. At one point during the interview, I felt like I was being interrogated by the VP. It was an odd experience to say the least.
