Was a panel of 3 managers and mainly the Vice President of Operations who did most of the interview questions. Very thorough and interested in my long past going back to high school and why I left each job. If they interviewed you, they thought you were capable, and I believe they are looking for fast learner, adaptability, easy going, but also maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding the importance of the work they do.

The application process included an online test, a recruiter interview and a hiring manager interview. Overall a very smooth process, the recruiter was very active and responsive and very helpful.
