I applied to a posting on LinkedIn. A recruiter reached out to me. I had another offer on the table going into the interview, so I feel my process was 'fast tracked'. I completed 4 rounds of interview phone screen --> manager phone interview ->> SVP phone interview and then onsite with 4 people in under a week. The onsite was with 3 managers and a VP. If the SVP was in Nashville, it probably would have been done in person during the onsite.
