easy simple, speak to hiring manager, answer the a set of questions, you might be speaking to two managers at once, first interview in person, second interview i got a few calls later to be hired via phone call

what would you do in a scenario where the customer is upset and how will you resolve that
Easy process, just showcase who you are. They usually do in person interview which is kind of rare nowadays, and that is a plus because you will have the chance to impress.

They ask about your personality and team work, and if you can follow orders.
Easy but they don’t hire you. They say you don’t need experience but you do and the last interview I’ve had several I didn’t see many people of color there

The interview process was easy to get through. I did a zoom call, and it was an hour long. They ask a lot of questions but it’s more like a conversation than anything.
