I applied online after seeing an opening on GD, and within 24 hours I got an email telling me to reach out to a recruiter. I did that the following day and that was really just a 15 minute preliminary interview; they collected general personal and work info and then offered me a phone interview, which took place two days later. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and this included more detailed info on work experience, as well as role plays and scenario questions. My interviewer was so nice and friendly. She offered me an onsite interview, which was two days later. The on site interview was so easy going. We were in an open viewed office, one on one, and again more detailed questions regarding work experience, scenario questions, and a role play. The on site interview was very similar to the phone interview. He told me before I left that he would put me through as a yes and we talked for a while while he answered my questions. The following Monday, I started work on my hiring paperwork and was finished within a few days, including the drug screen. I received my confirmation email a few days after. About a two week process.
