I was ghosted by the recruiter . The recruiter reach out to me on LinkedIn. He was super open and had amazing communication in the beginning; this position had been open for almost 6 months (FIRST RED FLAG) I passed the recruiter interview and the hiring manager interview. I was then asked to interview with my potential peers . I’ve never ever in my entire career had to interview with my potential peers and evidently they had a huge decision in this process . Because after my interview with them the communication slowed down . After about a week , I reach out to the recruiter and he told me , he would get back with me the next day …and that day never came.
