The interview process consisted of multiple rounds including an initial screening, follow-up interviews with management, and a final in-person interview. Questions focused on previous work experience, communication skills, customer service, multitasking ability, and interest in working in a Japanese business environment. There was also a typing test and discussion about handling administrative and sales support tasks. The process was professional overall, though communication and scheduling sometimes changed during the process.

Typing skills, and communication skill to build customer relationships
First interview was with the prospective manager, second interview with branch CEO. CEO spent more time complaining about the Seattle area and American people than he did asking about my work experience. Unfortunately, I was desperate for work, so even though I had a very bad feeling I still accepted the job.
